who does not meet the required qualifications.
3. Reservations and Payments

The Renter is responsible for any damages caused during the rental period.
7. Damage and Liability

- Personal belongings left inside the rental
- Violations, fines, or penalties incurred during use
Roam City Rental shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries,
loss of property, delays, or circumstances beyond its control.

bookings and provide services. Customer information will be handled in
accordance with applicable privacy laws and will not be sold to third
parties without consent, unless required by law.
11. Termination of Service
Roam City Rental reserves the right to terminate or refuse service
if the Renter violates any of these Terms and Conditions.
